These are Charles Campbell's children and their kitten in front of
their very well-appointed playhouse in Edmonton, ca. 1905. Their playhouse
was likely the envy of many children, and perhaps some adults. It boasts a
carved wood verandah, a dormer window, and a chimney, suggesting a tiny warm
fireplace which would be a pleasant snug place on this cold winter day in
Edmonton.
