     Whyte Museum Oral History Programme fonds. -- [1967-1989]. -- 157 sound recordings : audio tape reels and audio tape cassettes. -- 3 video recordings. -- Programme was an informal interviewing and recording programme established and maintained by Whyte Museum Archives staff and volunteers between 1967 and 1983. -- Fonds consists of seven series:  I. Interviews;  II. Events;  III. Broadcasts;  IV. Meetings;  V. Notes;  VI. Readings; VII. Other. -- Reference copies and printed summaries are available for most recordings. -- Location: S1.

Interviews series. -- 1971-1989. -- ca.135 sound recordings : audio tape reels and audio tape cassettes. -- 3 video recordings. -- Series consists of interviews with numerous individuals and groups of individuals made by Maryalice Harvey Stewart, Elizabeth Rummel, Jon Whyte, E.J. (Ted) Hart, Sue Davies and others. -- Title based on contents of series. -- Constitutes Series I of the Whyte Museum Oral History Programme fonds.   

 

II.  Events

Events series. -- 1973-1985. -- 7 sound recordings. -- Series consists of recordings of: dedication of Margaret Greenham Theatre; ceremony re Catharine Robb Whyte adoption in Stoney Tribe; Earth Day programme at Margaret Greenham Theatre; dedication of Mt.
