Field, 1904-1994, of Massachusetts, U.S.A., was a noted geologist with the American Geographical Society and an expert on mountain glaciers of the northern hemisphere. Field studied key glaciers in British Columbia and Alberta from 1922 until 1981. -- Fonds consists of four series: I. CR files : [Canadian Rockies series], 1919-1989; II. Reports, before 1980; III.
