Photographs series. -- [ca.1950-ca.1956]. --349 photographs : prints, 4x5" and 8x10". -- Series pertains to the Banff Winter Carnival Queen contest, presentations, ceremonies, parade, masquerade dance and other activities. -- Title based on contents of series. -- Condition is fair to good. -- Gift of Jean Watt, 1992. -- Constitutes Series I of the Banff Winter Carnival fonds.

Textual records series. -- 1945-1959. -- 18 textual records. -- Series contains scrapbook and loose items pertaining to Banff Winter Carnival and Ethel "Tillie" Knight. -- Title based on material. -- Condition is poor to good. -- Gift of Tillie Knight, 1992. -- Constitutes Series II of the Banff Winter Carnival fonds. Negatives for many of the photographs can be found in the Bill Gibbons fonds [V227].
