Christmas 1908 dinner menu from the Edmonton Hotel. The extensive menu suggests that food played a significant part in Edmonton's early Christmas celebrations. The gourmet menu included Puree of Cream Oyster Soup, Venison en Casserole Polonaise, Steamed Fowl and Celery Sauce, and, of course, Stuffed Turkey.
