In his 03 September 1972 radio address for the 'Back to the Bible Hour', Ernest Manning wrote that 'the ability to communicate is a wonderful thing…words have started wars, defeated governments, toppled empires, brought peace, broken hearts…brought great joy and happiness.' For over sixty years, Manning used his own ineffable ability to communicate to defend the faith and religious values of Albertans.
