In defence of his land.

Owning land within Jasper National Park boundaries, however, proved to be a constant headache for Wilby and Parks officials. Wilby spent much of his time defending what he believed to be his rights as a private landowner; meanwhile the Superintendent of Jasper National Park, A.C. Wright, did his best to enforce and defend Park regulations.
